In response to me asking him to do some of his German lessons today, “Mommy, I’m smart enough!”

Jude: “Do you think you look pregnant?” Me: “I think so.”  (22 weeks after all!) Jude: “No.  You don’t look pregnant, just a little fat.”

“I made this picture for you.  I’m going to glue it to the wall.”  (Yikes!)

So the other day Jude was asking me how long I’ve been with Oppenheimer (over 2 years).  Then he asked me how long I was at Dorsey.  I responded, “11 years.”  He said, without skipping a beat, “11 years of your life wasted.”  Hilarious!

Asher likes to fall asleep on road trips (e.g., to Litchfield or Fargo).  This weekend we roadtripped to Fargo to see my new nephew.  Asher requested that we wake him up, if we “see a UPS truck…because them sell toys.”  He has also recently asked me to wake him up if I see a train …

Jude was asking me tonight if Uncle Mike always looked the way he looks now (shaved head).  I said that in high school Uncle Mike had really nice blackish brownish hair.  Jude asked, “What happened, did he not take care of it?”

Jude and Asher say their baby sister is shushing them in this picture (which would have been completely appropriate). Levi thinks she is waving hi. Either way, here she is!
